Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated iron core which has bound plural iron plates by excellent bonding strength by forming plural pieces of annular recessed parts and annular projecting parts on the upper face of the iron plate and the lower face, respectively, and pressing the annular projecting part into the annular recessed part of the other iron plate, at the time of manufacturing the laminated iron core of an electrical equipment. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing a fixed iron core 20 of a rotary electrical equipment, many pieces of annular single plates of a silicon steel plate, etc. are laminated and clamped. In this case, in each annular simple plate 21, fix pieces of projecting parts 22 are formed. This projecting part 22 is formed by bringing an annular part 25 surrounded by two pieces of large and small concentric circles 23, 24, to embossing forming, and in the single plate 21, an annular recessed part 26 and an annular projecting part 27 are formed on the upper face and the lower face, respectively, by using a punch and a die of a prescribed shape. The diameter D1 of an outside peripheral circle of the annular projection 27 is made a little larger than the diameter D2 of an outside peripheral circle of the annular recessed part 26, and the diameter D3 of an inside peripheral circle of the annular recessed part 26 is made a little larger than the diameter D4 of an inside peripheral circle of the annular projection 27. By pressing the annular projection of the annular iron plate 21 into the annular recessed part 26 of the other annular iron plate 21 and laminating many pieces, an iron core 20 in which many annular iron plates have been bound strongly is obtained.
