Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a resin bond type magnet excellent in magnetic characteristics easily by using an organic magnetic resin having magnetism as a bonding material. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic powder and an organic magnetic resin are mixed in an organic solvent. An organic magnetic polyaniline group resin is used as a binding material, and N-methyl-pyrrolidone is employed as the solvent. A colloidal solution is acquired through dissolution and dispersion, and magnetic powder is added to the solution and mixed uniformly. Nd-Fe-B group powder is used as magnetic powder. A mixture obtained is molded. The mixture is compression-molded by employing a die, etc., and may be formed to a pellet shape in the molding, but molding may also be conducted through a method in which the mixture is introduced into a mold and the solvent is vaporized, and may also be compression-molded as required. when the organic magnetic polyaniline group resin is used as the binding material, the conditions of compression of approximately three ton are needed. A molded form is heated and solidified, thus acquiring a resin bond type magnet.
