Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the temperature of an object to be measured continuously, by arranging a temperature detecting section varying in the electric resistance with a temperature change at a depth in a metal protective pipe in such a manner as to be connected separately to a pair of leads housed in an insulation tube. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 12 is provided securely with a copper heat conductor 13 as temperature detecting section varying in the electric resistance with a temperature change at a depth in a metal protective tube 11. The thermistor 12 is connected to each one end of a pair of leads 15 housed in a insulator tube 14 as insulation tube. Magnesium oxide 20 as insulating material is packed between the metal protective tube 11 and the insulator tube 14. A connection between the leads 15 and an external harness 16 is covered with an insulating tube 17 while an opening of the metal protective tube 11 is sealed airtight by a resin 18.
