PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance magnetic powder required for making rare earth-iron-boron magnet a high-performance magnet using the resin attachment method by introducing a powder particle of rare earth elements-transient metal-boron alloy into plasma flame and by coating a nucleus part consisting of rare earth-iron-boron with rare earth iron low melt-point alloy which is rich in rare earth elements. CONSTITUTION:Powder particles of rare earth elements-transient metal-boron family alloy whose particle diameter was aligned to range from 10 to 30mum, the thickness of surface thin film layer part of the powder particles (0.25-1.5mum) is made to be rare earth iron low-melt point alloy which mainly consists of rare earth elements, and the nucleus part is made to be the main phase consisting of rare earth-iron-boron for hardening within cooled gas.
