Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce detectors by installing a selector valve in an air bubble pipe and providing a switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:An air purge meter 2 is connected to the air bubble pipes 1A-1C and air is supplied into the air bubble pipes 1A-1C at all times. Then its supply destination is switched in order by controlling selector valves 6A-6C by the switching circuit 7 and when the tip of an air bubble pipe is dipped in leak water from one of tanks 3A-3C, the pressure in the air bubble pipe rises by the head of the water, so this is detected by a pressure detector 5 to detect the leak. Further, from which of the tanks the water leaks is judged from which selector valve the switching circuit 7 sends a signal to. The meter 2 and detector 5 are therefore shared among detection points and the number of detectors 5 is decreased.
