Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect the water level at a spot that is located outside of the bath tub by providing a water pressure detection device at a circulation pipe out of the bath room which is provided with an automatic bath boiler with a function of remote additional combustion, and further air- purging of the inside of the circulation pipe is enabled at the time of filling bath tub. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 11 as a water pressure detector is provided to a return pipe 9 in the main body 1 of a device, and it detects the water level in the bath tub and the water level difference. When an automatic operation switch is turned ON, a bypass valve 15 is closed and a solenoid valve 16 opens, and a three-way valve 12 is turned to the circulation side, operating a pump 10. After air purging operation for a certain time, if a water flow switch 17 is turned ON, it is judged that the residual water exists and the pump 10 is stopped and the water pressure is sampled. If the water level has not reached a set water level, the three-way valve 12 is changed over to the hopper side and hot water is supplied by opening a water filling valve 6.

(Conventional technology and problems) Conventionally, in devices that automatically drop water into the bathtub,
The water level in the bathtub has been detected by installing a water level detector in the bathtub as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 169937/1983. However, this requires construction of the signal line of the water level detector, which is troublesome due to the risk of water leakage.

The operation of the above configuration will be explained. First, when the automatic operation switch (not shown) is turned on, the bypass valve (15) is closed, the solenoid valve (16) is opened, and the three-way valve (12) is set to the circulation side, and the pump (10) is operated. When the diameter water flow switch (17) is turned on after air barge operation for a certain period of time, it is determined that there is residual water, the pump (10) is stopped, and the water pressure is sampled. If the water level has not reached the set water level, the three-way valve (12) is switched to the hopper side, the drop valve (6) is opened, and hot water is supplied. If the water flow switch (17) remains OFF, it is determined that there is no remaining water, and the dropping valve (6) is opened to supply hot water to the hopper (13) and the three-way valve (12) is switched to the hopper side. Then open the bypass valve (15),
Close the solenoid valve (16), pour hot water into the original pipe (9), and perform air purging. When the air barge is completed for a certain period of time, the bypass valve (15) is closed, the solenoid valve (16) is opened, and the water is dropped into the bathtub (4) from the outgoing pipe (8). And outgoing (8)
After transportation, the water pressure is sampled using the original tube (9). At this time, if the original tube (9) is equipped with piping for air replacement, the air purge may be performed by switching the flow path at appropriate time intervals. When the set water level is reached, the drop valve (6) is closed.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment in which air purge is performed using hot water pressure. Components having the same configuration as those in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and therefore their explanation will be omitted. An air purge pipe (18) is connected from the bath hot water supply pipe (5) to the main pipe (9), and the air purge pipe (18) is connected to the main pipe (9).
8) includes a vacuum breaker (19) and a check valve (2).

When the automatic operation switch is turned on, the three-way valve (12) is set to the circulation side as in the first embodiment, the pump (10) is operated, and the water pressure is sampled after a certain period of time has elapsed. At this time, if the sensor output is output, it is determined that there is water remaining, and if there is no output, it is determined that there is no remaining water.

Note that this determination may be made using a water flow switch as in the first embodiment. If there is residual water and the water level is below the set level, turn on the three-way valve (12
) is switched to the hopper (13) side, hot water is transported from the outgoing pipe (8), and water pressure is sampled using the original pipe (9). If there is no remaining water, open the solenoid valve (21) and connect the Z air purge pipe (
18) to a master pipe (9) provided with a pressure sensor (11). The purge flow rate at this time can be kept constant by the water flow controller (22). After air purge, use the solenoid valve (2
1) is closed and the drop is performed only from the outgoing pipe (8).

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides a water pressure detector in the circulation pipe outside the bath, and air purges the inside of the circulation pipe when dropping the bath. At the time of detection, the air is definitely removed, and the water level detection is accurate. Therefore, the water pressure detector can be installed at any position on the circulation pipe outside the bathroom, and can be installed at the location where it is most convenient to install, which improves the ease of installation.

In addition, in the second embodiment, the purge flow rate can be kept at a constant level, so when a pump is used like in the first embodiment, the relative purge capacity is stable, and moreover, when the pump is turned 0N-OFF, This also eliminates the possibility of air being trapped.

又、残水の有無判定のシーケンスは必ずしも必要でない
Furthermore, the sequence for determining the presence or absence of residual water is not necessarily required.
