るように形成された追焚き回路3と、該追焚き回
路3に挿入した水流スイツチ31及び循環ポンプ
Pと、該循環ポンプPの上流側に接続され且つ湯
張り弁11を具備する湯張り用給湯回路15と、
更に、上記追焚き回路3を遮断して給湯回路15
を循環ポンプP側に繋げた湯張り状態とこれとは
逆に追焚き回路3を開成して給湯回路15を遮断
した追焚き状態の少なくともこれら2状態に切替
わる切替弁37を設け、湯張り操作後には、追焚
き回路3を成立させた状態で循環ポンプPを作動
させ、このときに於ける水流スイツチ31のON
・OFF信号によつて浴槽2内に於ける残留水の
有無を検知するようにしたものに於いて、給湯回
路15から供給した水が循環ポンプP部分に到達
した際に信号を出す信号発生手段90と、上記給
湯回路15の給水動作の開始時には該給湯回路1
5が循環ポンプP側に繋がる状態に切替弁37を
切替える切替弁制御装置を設けると共に、該切替
弁制御装置は、上記した信号発生手段90から信
号が出たときには上記給湯回路15を遮断して追
焚き回路3が成立した状態になるように前記切替
弁37を切替える信号を出すようにし、浴槽2内
に於ける残留水の検知動作の前に、給湯回路15
から給水して上記信号発生手段90を動作させる
