電磁式元弁と、該水熱交換器への通水動作に応動
して開く水応動弁とを設け、且つ該電磁式元弁の
作動回路に電源としての電池と、操作子のｏｆｆ
操作で開く第１スイツチとを設け、該水弁と第１
スイツチとを共通１個の操作子で行うようにした
ものに於いて、該作動回路に、該第１スイツチと
直列に水応動弁が閉のとき開く第２スイツチを介
