Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation work of a second floor bath room and to prevent stained water within a bathtub from counter-flowing into the city water system by connecting a bath supply hot water tube branched from a hot water feed tube of a hot water supplier, communicating with the city water, to the bathtub and a circulation circuit of a heat exchanger and providing a hopper opened to the atmospheric air. CONSTITUTION:A bath hot water supply tube 20 is branched from a hot water supply tube 7 of an instantaneous type hot water supplier 2 in which a water inlet tube 6 communicating with the city water. In the bath hot water supply tube 20 are provided from its upstream side an electromagnetic value 22 for supplying hot water to the bath, a funnel-shaped hopper 23 opened to the atmospheric air for preventing stained water from counter-flowing, and an electromagnetic valve 38, in this order. The bath hot water supply tube 20 is connected to the inlet side of a pump 16 in a circulation circuit of a bathtub 19 and a circulating heat exchanger 12 of a bath hot water circulation heater 3. Accordingly, since stained water (bath hot water) is completely isolated from the city water by the hopper 23, stained water does not counter-flow into the city water to stain the same. Furthermore, since a system in which hot water stored in the hopper 23 is press-fed by means of the pump 16, only works of a circulating path between the bathtub 19 and apparatuses are sufficient even in the case of the second floor bathtub, and the bath device excellent in execution of works is obtained.

A bath device with a water heater, in which hot water heated by a conventional water heater is dropped into the bathtub through the bath's heating circuit, was developed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5
It is publicly known from JP 8-140556 and the like. If this is shown in the N@ diagram, hot water heated by an instantaneous water heater (A) is passed from the bath water supply W (B) to the bath water heating circulation path (+1) with a pump (C) to the bathtub (E). ).

However, since the bathtub (E) and the city water supply CF) are directly connected, a vacuum breaker valve (G) is provided in the bath water supply pipe (B) to prevent dirty water (bathwater) from flowing back. However, this vacuum breaker valve (G) not only lacks reliability because it has two moving parts, but also when installing the bathtub (E) on the second floor and the appliances on the first floor, The problem is that the vacuum breaker valve (G) must be removed from the appliance and installed above the water level of the second-floor bathtub, making the installation work complicated.

The present invention has such a configuration, and in order to automatically boil a bath, turn on the power switch (29) with the remote control (28), and set the desired temperature in advance using the bath temperature setting knob (33) and water volume setting knob (34). After setting the temperature and water volume,
Just press the automatic switch (32). As a result, the solenoid valve (22) opens and water flows, and the water heater (2) operates upon detection by the water flow switch (8), igniting the burner (5) and setting the temperature at a pre-fixed appropriate temperature (for example, approximately 10°C). hot water flows from the bath water supply pipe (20). At this time, the flow sensor (21) starts measuring the flow rate, and the hot water is dropped into the hopper (23), and then transferred to the heat exchanger (12) and the outgoing pipe by the pumping force of the driving pump (16). (14) and is sent to the bathtub (19). During the above operation, the bypass solenoid valve (37) opens and the solenoid valve (35) closes, so the hot water passes not only through the outgoing pipe (14) but also through the bypass pipe (36) and returns to the return pipe (15). When the flow rate sensor (21) measures the value set in advance with the setting knob (34), the solenoid valve (22) closes and the operation of the water heater (2) stops, while the solenoid valve (37) (3B)
When the solenoid valve (35) closes, the solenoid valve (35) opens and a circulation path is established. Then, the pump (16) rotates and a forced flow is generated in the circulation path, and when the flow rate switch (17) detects this, the burner (13) is ignited and the circulating hot water is passed through the thermistor (18).
The system will boil the water until it detects the preset temperature and then stop.

In this way, in the present invention, when filling the bathtub (19) with hot water, the bypass pipe (36) is opened and hot water is also supplied from the return pipe (15), so piping resistance loss can be minimized and a large flow rate can be fed under pressure. This makes it possible to shorten the pouring time and to supply hot water sufficiently even with a pump with weak pumping power. In addition, even if the city water supply were to cut off and the pressure became negative, the sewage (bath water) is completely separated from the city water by the hopper (23), so the sewage would flow back into the city water and contaminate it. There is absolutely nothing to do. Furthermore, since the hot water stored in the hopper (23) is pumped by the pump (163), even in the case of a second-floor bathtub, the hopper (23) is installed inside the vessel and there is no inconvenience, and the connection between the bathtub (19) and the equipment is easy. This eliminates the troublesome work of installing a backflow prevention member (vacuum break valve) above the bathtub on the second floor, as in the conventional example shown in Figure 6.
2) is provided, and a solenoid valve (40) provided in the bypass pipe (39) is connected to the solenoid valve (40).
37), and in this case, by bypassing the heat exchanger (12), which is the main part of piping resistance loss, it is possible to lower the flow rate at an even higher flow rate.

In summary, the present invention branches a bath hot water supply pipe from the hot water outlet pipe of an instantaneous water heater whose inlet pipe communicates with the city water supply, and the bath water supply pipe includes a solenoid valve for supplying bath water from the upstream side, a hopper open to the atmosphere, The solenoid valves are installed in this order, and the bath water supply pipe is connected to the inlet side of the pump in the circulation circuit between the bathtub and the circulation heat exchanger of the bath water circulation heater, and to the circulation circuit on the upstream side of this connection. A solenoid valve is provided, a circulation circuit upstream of the solenoid valve and the circulation circuit on the outlet side of the heat exchanger are connected by a pipe having a bypass solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve provided in the circulation path is connected to the circulation circuit on the outlet side of the heat exchanger. Since it is configured to open and close in the opposite manner to the other three solenoid valves, it not only allows hot water to be poured into the second-floor bathtub, which requires a long circulation circuit, in a short time with sufficient flow rate, but also It is possible to provide an excellent bath device with a water heater whose installation work is simplified, and there is no problem in terms of water supply hygiene since sewage in the bathtub does not flow back into city water.
