熱回路への給湯路から分岐して他の給湯箇所への一般給
湯路を有する給湯回路とを備えた給湯器付風呂装置にお
いて、 上記一般給湯路の給湯の有無を検知する一般給湯検知手
段と、 上記循環加熱回路の循環路に設けられ、その循環路を開
閉する開閉手段と、 上記一般給湯検知手段により上記一般給湯路の給湯が検
知された場合、上記開閉手段を閉じて、上記往き配管ま
たは戻り配管のいずれか一方の給湯流路を遮断する給湯
流路切替手段とを備えたことを特徴とする給湯器付風呂
装置。
