Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for reheating, and to improve the thermal efficiency and the production efficiency, by taking and quenching a casting product at the time point when its temperature does not fall to a specific temperature or below. Since quenching is executed by taking out the stock from the die at a low temperature, reheating is not required, it is advantageous in respect of the thermal efficiency and the production efficiency, and the accuracy and the working efficiency can be improved.
