Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the pre-processing of a metallic sheet, by a method wherein a polypropylene resin surface layer, a heat sensitive adhesive agent layer, whose principal constituent is a specified polypropylene resin and a specified polyethylene heat sensitive adhesive agent layer are laminated in the sequence above mentioned. CONSTITUTION:A mixed composition 2 of polypropylene resin composition, modified by unsaturated organic acid of 5 weight % or less and mixed with polyethylene resin composition of 5-45 weight %, is applied on the bonding surface of a polypropylene resin surface layer 1 as a heat sensitive adhesive agent, while a heat sensitive adhesive agent layer 3 of polyethylene resin composition, modified by unsaturated organic acid of 5 weight % or less is formed under the mixed composition layer 2. The adhesive composite film for metal is constituted of said constitution, therefore, the polyethylene heat sensitive adhesive agent layer of an outer layer is welded well to a metallic plate by fusion while this layer is welded integrally with the surface layer by the heat sensitive adhesive agent layer consisting of the principal constituent of polypropylene resin.
