Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve working property, by a method wherein a bonding agent is applied to at least one side of an electromagnetic steel foil, and a plurality thereof are laminated and adhered together by heating roll to become one block. CONSTITUTION:One side or both sides of the electromagnetic steel foil 3 of 30- 200mum thickness are spread, for instance, with 100-90pts.wt. of bisphenolepoxy resin 90-10pts.wt. of epoxy resin of bisphenol A system, further diaminophenyl- sulphon 5-40PHR as a hardening agent and adhesives consisting of acetone and such as solvent so that the applied area may be less than 50% to form an adhesives layer 4 and a plurality thereof are laminatd to be heated and pressed together by a roll or the like. Thereby the working property of core manufacture as well as a space factor of the core are improved.
