Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain high switching speed of an output signal by varying an on-resistor of a field effect transistor(TR) according to the potential of an output signal. CONSTITUTION:A P-channel MOS TR P1 acts like a variable resistive element varying the base-emitter resistance of a bipolar TR Q12 according to the emitter potential of the bipolar TR Q12. Thus, the base potential and output potential of a bipolar TR Q11 are at a low level, then the base potential of the bipolar TR Q11 rises and it is turned on and the emitter current of the bipolar TR Q11 is all fed to the base of the bipolar TR Q12. Thus, the switching from the off-state to the on-state of the bipolar TR Q12 is quickened.
