Claims (1)
基板を固定し、X,Y移動機構による移動および
ターンテーブルの回転により、該プリント基板に
搭載されている各LSIパツケージの4側面のリ
ード線を逐次一定の位置に移動して停止し、該停
止位置において該リード線と、該プリント基板の
プリント配線との半田付け部に対して、レーザビ
ームを照射して該半田付けの良否を検査するプリ
ント基板の半田付け検査装置において、上記ター
ンテーブルの側面において円周を正確に4等分す
る位置に、それぞれ位置決めブラケツト(以下単
にブラケツトという)を設け、該ターンテーブル
の周囲の一定の位置において、ターンテーブルの
回転中に該ブラケツトを検出する検出器と、該検
出器の出力する検出信号により、該検出されたブ
ラケツトに対して移動接近し、エアシリンダによ
り該ブラケツトを押圧して上記ターンテーブルを
所定の停止位置に停止するストツプ機構とを設け
たことを特徴とする、プリント基板検査装置のタ
