Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the flow out of lubrication oil to an intake pipe or an exhaust pipe by controlling an amount of lubrication oil supplied to an exhaust turbo supercharger when an abnormal signal is raised. CONSTITUTION:In running of a turbo supercharger, an intake air pressure sensor 10 detects an actual intake air pressure of a engine and a signal corresponding to this detected value is sent to an abnormality detecting means 13. The running status of the engine represented by an engine r.p.m. or load and so forth at this time is detected by an engine status detecting means 11 and inputted to a standard value output means 12. The standard value output means 12 sends a standard intake air pressure signal corresponding to an input signal to the abnormality detecting means 13. The abnormality detecting means 13 compares a signal outputted from the intake air pressure sensor 10 with a signal outputted from the standard value output means 12 and when a difference between both becomes more than a prescribed value, an abnormal signal is outputted to operate an oil supply control means 14 so that the supply of lubrication oil from an oil pump 8 to an exhaust turbo supercharger 4 can be retrained or stopped.
