Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Quantity of mix, kneading time of a mixer and charge pattern of each material to the mixer determined for each kind of aspbalt mixture are stored in a storage 2 of a computer 1 in advance. On the other hand, if mix number set for each kind of material and carrying capacity by one vehicle are input to a computer 1, the computer 1 selects the quantity of mix, charge pattern to mixer and kneading time for materials required for kneading an asphalt mixture corresponding to the mixing number, and blending, charging and kneading for each material in the mixer based on the data. In this way, the kneading performance of the mixer can be improved and the quality of asphalt mixture can be enhanced.
