入しながら混練することを特徴とするアスフアル
トプラントにおけるミキサーの混練方法を提供す

投入順序、投入間隔)をコンピユータ1に入力
し、そのRAM2上に予め記憶させておく。アス
フアルト混合物の材料の混練を行なう時に配合番
号と一車積載量をコンピユータ1に入力すればコ
ンピユータ1は一車積載量と予めコンピユータ1
に入力させているミキサー容量から各バツチ混練
量を演算し、更にRAM2上に記憶している配合
番号を検索して、それに対応する配合内容につい
て前記演算した各バツチ混練量から1バツチ当り
の配合量を演算するとともに混練時間及び材料投
入パターンを取り出し、それぞれのデータをデー
タ設定部3に設定すると、ミキサー1バツチ分の
各材料の計量が開始され、計量完了後設定された
材料投入パターンに従つて各材料がミキサーに順
次投入され、設定された混練時間混練し、1バツ
チ分の混練工程4を完了し、アスフアルト混合物
として放出する。
