Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the overload of a mixer as well as the deterioration of kneading capacity and quality, by a method wherein the charging patterns of concrete material are stored beforehand into a computer with respect to each kind of concrete material and respective materials are kneaded while being charged in accordance with patterns corresponding to an inputted commanding blending number. CONSTITUTION:When a blending number and an one vehicle loading amount are inputted into a computer 1 upon kneading concrete materials, the computer 1 operates the kneading amounts of respective batches from the one vehicle loading amount and the capacity of a mixer, previously inputted into the computer 1. Further, the blending number, stored in a RAM 2, is retrieved and a blending amount per one batch is operated from respective batch kneading amounts operated with respect to a blending content corresponding to the retrieved blending number, then, the computer 1 takes out a kneading time and materials charging pattern and sets respective data into a data setting unit 3. Respective concrete materials, corresponding to the blending amount per one batch of the mixer, are metered, then, respective concrete materials are charged into the mixer sequentially in accordance with the set materials charging pattern, are kneaded for the kneading time and a kneading process 4 per one batch is finished, thereafter, the materials are discharged as ready mixed concrete.
