Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse generator adaptable as the detection or control signal of a position or angle of rotation in a machine apparatus of every kind, by adding a function judging the position of the composite magnetic body contributing to the generation of a pulse among a large number of composite magnetic bodies. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic apparatus 3 wherein a large number of composite magnetic bodies 1 are arranged in parallel to each other and detection coils 2 are wound so as to cover the whole in a state crossing said magnetic bodies at a right angle, for example, exclusive detection coils 6, 7 are further respectively wound around the first and fifth magnetic bodies 1, 5. At first, an oriented magnet Mo is moved to the right as shown by an arrow with respect to the magnetic body 1 to preliminarily apply oriented magnetization in a positive direction. Continuously, an auxiliary magnet Ma is moved in the light direction and only a part relatively low in coercive force is transformed in a negative direction. Subsequently, when a main magnet Mn is moved in the right direction, the part relatively low in coercive force is rapidly reversed at every magnetic body 1 successively receiving the magnetic field of said magnet Mm, the steep pulse electromotive force is successively and continuously induced between the terminals of the coils 2.
