The circulation path B is operated when hot water is fed to the a heat exchanger 21 from an auxiliary hot water tank 27 and hot water of higher temperature than the water stored in the tank 23 is stored in the auxiliary tank 27 through action of the condenser 10 and the heat exchanger 21 and used for hot water supply.
