Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent image while maintaining a wide view angle and brightness by composing the lens of a front group with positive refracting power and a rear group with positive refracting power, moving the rear group lens along the optical axis at the time of focusing from an infinite distance to a short distance and satisfying various conditions. CONSTITUTION:The lens consists of two groups, i.e., the front group GF and rear group GR having positive refracting power, and a stop S is arranged between them. For the focusing of this lens system, inequalities I hold, where (f) is the focal length of the whole system, fR is the focal length of the rear group GR, l is the air gap between the front group GF and rear group GR at the time of the infinite distance, Hin is the height at which a land light beam of the highest incidence height passes through the 1st surface of the front group GF, and Hex is the height at which the land light beam of the highest incidence height exists from the final surface of the rear group GR after passing through the 1st surface of the front group GF.
