Abstract

PURPOSE:To incinerate and purify harmful components is waste water by evaporating part of waste water fed into a concentration device and guiding/the steam into a heating chamber divided with a radiant heat exchanging material. CONSTITUTION:Waste liquid 1 containing harmful components is fed into a concentration device 4, part of which is evaporated and divided into vapor 2 and a concentrate. Said generated vapor 2 is divided into a heating chamber 13 by a combustion purifier 6, a high temperature site divided with a radiant heat exchanging material 14 and combustion purified. Exhaust gas 7 generated by said combustion purifier and exhausted out of the heating chamber 13 is heat exchanged with the vapor 2 guided into the heating chamber 13 and a heat exchanger 8 to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas 7. Said exhaust gas 7 of lowered temperature of condensed a concentration device 4 and discharged out of a system as purified water 17 together with the purified air.
