Abstract
PURPOSE:To restore the state easily to an original superconducting state when superconduction is broken by superposing and forming at least one layer or more of superconductive films and at least one layer or more of metallic thin films having low resistivity. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive film (such as Nb, Pb and an oxide superconductor) 1 and a metallic thin-film (such as Al, Cu, Au, etc.) 2 having low resistivity are superposed, thus shaping a wiring. When resistance is generated in one part of the superconductive film 1 in the wiring, the resistance and the resistance of the metallic film 2 are connected in parallel. Currents mainly flow through the metallic film 2 having small resistance. Consequently, since Joule heat generated is reduced, the spreading of normal conduction can be prevented even when superconduction is transferred partially to normal conduction. Accordingly, a normal conductive state can be returned to a superconducting state without extremely reducing currents.
