CONSTITUTION:This oxide superconductor 2 consists of a structure of two layers, the first superconductive layer 2a formed in the CVD method in a relatively high thickness, and the second superconductive layer 2b with a controlled crystal orientation formed on the surface of the first superconductive layer 2a in the spattering. And when a superconductive current is let flow through the oxide superconductor 2, the majority of the current flows through the second superconductive layer 2b which presents a high critical current density, and the remaining current flows through the first superconductive layer 2a. A large mount of superconductive current can be let flow through the whole oxide superconductor 2 accordingly.
