Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はびん洗浄機からの排出びんが２本のコ
ンベアベルト上の２つの単一整列縦列で、すなわ
ち各整列縦列が各コンベアベルト上に形成される
態様で排出されるようになつている本考案の第１
の実施例を概略的に示す。第２図はびん洗浄機か
らの排出びんが３本のコンベアベルトに向けられ
、これらのコンベアベルトが排出されたびんを３
つの単一整列縦列に、すなわち各整列縦列が各コ
ンベアベルト上にそれぞれ形成される態様に分割
するようになつている本考案の第２の実施例を概
略的に示す。第３図はびん洗浄機からの排出びん
が６本のコンベアベルト上に排出され、これらの
コンベアベルトが洗浄機からの排出びんを６つの
単一整列縦列に、すなわち各整列縦列がそれぞれ
各コンベアベルト上に形成される態様に分割する
ようになつている本考案の第３の実施例を概略的
に示す。第４図は洗浄機からの排出物品が５本の
コンベアベルトにより５つの単一整列縦列に分割
されるようになつている本考案の第４の実施例を
示す斜視図である。 １０……本考案の装置、１２……びん洗浄機、
１４……搬送装置、１６，１８……コンベアベル
ト、２０……容器案内、２２……案内レール、２
４……破損ガラス受具、２６…光学的検査装置、

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の物品を少くとも２つの単一整列縦列
    に区分する装置において、進行方向に複数の物品
    を搬送する装置１４と、互に実質的に平行にかつ
    搬送装置１４に対して実質的に垂直に配列された
    少くとも２本のコンベアベルト１６，１８と、複
    数の案内２０とを備え、上記のコンベアベルト１
    ６は、搬送装置１４により進行方向に前進せしめ
    られた物品が該搬送装置に隣接するコンベアベル
    ト１６上に排出されるように、該搬送装置に隣接
    して設けられており、上記の複数の案内は、搬送
    装置１４の巾の一部に沿つてコンベアベルト１６
    の上面を横切つてほゞ上記の進行方向に該搬送装
    置からより遠いコンベアベルト１８までのびてお
    り、そして更に上記の複数の案内はコンベアベル
    ト１６，１８が走行する上流方向にそれぞれの端
    部において湾曲しており、これにより上記の複数
    の案内まで前進せしめられた物品は該案内により
    遠いコンベアベルト１８へ方向づけられて該コン
    ベアベルト１８により単一整列縦列で搬送され、
    該案内に出会うことなく隣接するコンベアベルト
    １６上を前進せしめられた物品は該コンベアベル
    ト１６により他の単一整列縦列で搬送されるよう
    にしたことを特徴とする区分装置。 (2) 上記の少なくとも２本のコンベアベルトは
    第１及び第２のコンベアベルト１６，１８からな
    り、上記の複数の案内は上記の搬送装置１４に隣
    接する第１のコンベアベルト１６の上部を横切つ
    て該搬送装置からより遠い第２のコンベアベルト
    １８まで該搬送装置の巾のほぼ半分部分に沿つて
    のびており、これにより上記の半分部分により前
    進せしめられる物品は上記の第２のコンベアベル
    ト上に排出され、該搬送装置の残りの半分部分に
    おいて該搬送装置により前進せしめられる物品は
    上記の第１のコンベアベルト上に排出されるよう
    にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の区
    分装置。 (3) 上記の少なくとも２本のコンベアベルトは
    ３本のコンベアベルト１６，１８，３０からなり
    、上記の複数の案内は搬送装置１４の巾のほぼ1/
    3に沿つて該搬送装置に最も近い第１及び第２の
    コンベアベルト１６，１８の上部を横切つてのび
    ていて、より遠い第３のコンベアベルト３０上へ
    物品を排出するための第１の複数の案内２８と、
    搬送装置１４の巾のほぼ1/3に沿つて該搬送装置
    に最も近いコンベアベルト１６のみを横切つての
    びていて、該搬送装置により前進せしめられる物
    品を中間の第２のコンベアベルト１８上に排出す
    るための複数の容器案内２０とからなり、該搬送
    装置により前進せしめられる幾つかの物品は上記
    のいずれの案内とも出会わないで該搬送装置に最
    も近い第１のコンベアベルト１６上へ前進せしめ
    られるようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    又は第２項に記載の区分装置。 (4) 上記の少なくとも２本のコンベアベルトは
    搬送装置１４の近傍で同一方向に動くコンベアベ
    ルト１６，１８，３０，３４，３８を含む実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれか
    １項に記載の区分装置。 (5) 上記の少なくとも２本のコンベアベルトは
    搬送装置１４の近傍で反対方向に動くコンベアベ
    ルト１６，１８，３０，３４，３８を含む実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれか
    １項に記載の区分装置。 (6) 上記の物品はびんであり、上記の搬送装置
    １４はびん洗浄機の出口に設けられていてやや乱
    雑な態様で該洗浄機により洗浄されたびんを受け
    入れるようになつており、上記のコンベアベルト
    １６，１８，３０及び複数の案内２０，２８は複
    数のコンベアベルト上の複数の単一整列縦列にび
    んを区分する役目をする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項ないし第５項のいずれか１項に記載の区分
    装置。 (7) びん検査装置２６は各コンベアベルト１６
    ，１８，３０に隣接して位置決めされており、単
    一整列縦列の各びんは別個に検査されるようにコ
    ンベアベルトにより運ばれるようになつている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第６項のいず
    れか１項に記載の区分装置。
