Abstract

PURPOSE:To put a superconductive ceramic paste to practical use for wiring, by printing its paste to a substrate made of high purity aluminum, thereby burning a wiring pattern after forming it. CONSTITUTION:After mixing powders of yttria, barium oxide, strontium oxide, copper oxide with a bowl mill, the powders are press-formed to obtain the super conductor of a bulk. The powder which is obtained by grinding the bulk into pieces is dispersed uniformly into an organic binder and an organic solvent to get a paste which spreads well. Patterns are printed to various ceramic substrates by using this paste with the process of screening and the substrates are burnt in the air at a temperature of 800-1000 deg.C. In this way, the conductive, ceramic paste is put to practical use for wiring.
