Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a dielectric constant, and to reduce a capacitance change due to a temperature by interposing a hole layer in specific thickness between ceramic composition materials having different Curie points. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of composition materials in which lead magnesium- tungstate and lead titanate are mixed so that a specific Curie point is acquired are used. Slurry manufactured by mixing the pre-baked powder of each composition material, an organic binder and an organic solvent is casted onto a film, thus manufacturing a green sheet 1. A hole-layer forming material 13 is printed onto the green sheet in thickness of 3-30mum through a screen printing method. Paste in which the powder of graphite and an organic vehicle are mixed is employed as the hole-layer forming material 13. A sheet 4a for a protective layer, a sheet 4b for forming an electrode, a sheet 4c for the hole-layer forming material, a sheet 5b for shaping an electrode composed of a different material and a sheet 5a for a protective layer consisting of a different material are laminated and press-bonded according to specified combination in order of said sheets, and baked.
