Abstract
PURPOSE:To restrain the delamination from occurring by a method wherein at least one or more film layers composed of a dielectric powder whose composition is identical to that of a dielectric material, a precious metal powder identical to an internal electrode, an organic binder and an organic solvent are laid between a ceramic dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer. CONSTITUTION:The slurry composed mainly of a barium titanate powder is prepared; a green sheet is formed on a film and is dried; after that, it is cut to prescribed sizes. On the other hand, 1-30 parts of a palladium powder are added to 100 parts of the barium titanate powder; these are mixed sufficiently; a paste is prepared. The paste is screen-printed on the green sheet of barium titanate; an intermediate film layer between a dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer is first formed. Then, a paste for internal electrode use is printed on the sheet by a screen-printing method, and an internal electrode is formed. Then, after this assembly has been dried, the paste whose composition is identical to that of the intermediate film layer is screen-printed on the internal electrode. Sheets obtained in this manner are laminated and baked; an external electrode is printed on a sintered substrate; a laminated ceramic capacitor is obtained.
