Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the precision of output voltage and transient response, by finding a current command value of a converter and by controlling an instantaneous value so that the current from the converter may follow. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit to control an inverter main circuit through a drive circuit is composed of a current minor loop 200 to control instantaneous current and a voltage major loop 300 quick enough to repond. The minor loop 200 is composed of a current detector 5a, a low path filter 105, a current deviation detection circuit 109, a current control circuit 110 and a PWM circuit 111. The major loop 300 is, on the other hand, composed of a voltage detector 5b, a voltage deviation detection circuit 103, a voltage control circuit 104, a prediction circuit 10b, a limiter 108, etc. The minor loop 200 then finds the sum of the information on the deviation between the output voltage and the sinusoidal wave reference voltage and the information on the current. Let the sum thus found be a current command value. The output current can thereby be forced to follow up instantaneously.
