Abstract
PURPOSE: To weld thin wires gaplessly and to prevent the wires from cracking due to stress and being fallen off by carrying conductors and a substrate tunably to each other and alining their conductors in parallel on recessed parts of a projection mounted on the substrate and next welding the conductors with the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: Conductors 5 and a substrate 1 are carried tunably and superposed to each other unitedly. Thin wires 4 which compose the conductors 5 are put into recessed parts 6 of a projection 3 mounted on the substrate 1. Accordingly close adhesion of the thin wires is easily performed gaplessly between themselves. Next the conductors are carried through rollers 11 to a welding device 12. When the projection part 3 on the substrate 1 is stopped below an upper electrode 13 of the welding device 12, the electrode 13 is lowered to press the substrate 1 and so the closely alined thin wires 4 on a lower electrode 14 are welded on the projection part 3. Hence the thin wires can be closely adhered easily and they can be simply welded gaplessly among themselves.
