Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the laminated structure of a reduction re-oxidation type capacitor which has been regarded as difficulty by alternately leading out internal electrodes formed among each layer in semiconductor ceramics laminated to the left and the right and mutually connecting the internal electrodes led out to the same side to each external electrode of the left and the right while shaping re-oxidized layers on the interfaces among respective internal electrode and the semiconductor ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor ceramic powder and a glass component are mixed, and a binder is added, thus preparing a green sheet 4. Electrode paste 5-8 are applied onto the surface. The electrode paste 5-8 are composed of Ag, Pd, varnish, a solvent and an oxide component, and at least one kind of SiO2, Al2O3, B2O3, ZnO, PbO and MnCO3 is used as the oxide component. The electrode paste 5-8 are laminated so that end sections thereof are alternated, and contact-bonded. When the molded form is thermally treated at 900 deg.C, the oxide components of the electrode paste 5-8 act on semiconductor ceramics 4, and thin re-oxidized layers 4a are formed onto the surfaces. The internal electrodes 5-8 led out up to both end faces are connected to external electrodes 2, 3 at both ends of the left and the right of a laminated molding, thus acquiring a laminated capacitor.
