Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a reoxidation layer formable on each layer even if semiconductor porcelain is laminated there and to obtain electrostatic capacity which is nearly twice as large as that of reduction/reoxidation type capacitors simply connected in parallel by the same number as the number of laminated layers, by manufacturing a plurality of green sheets containing semiconductor porcelain powder and next by laminating the green sheets coated with electrode paste containing oxidative components and the green sheets coated with electrode paste not containing the oxidative components alternately and next by providing them with heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials for example of 87mol% BaTiO3 and 13mol% BaZrO3 in their constitutional ratios are fired in the air, and next they are fired in a reduction atmosphere, so that semiconductor porcelain is manufactured. Next this semiconductor porcelain is powdered, and a glass component is added to this formed powder and blended. After the blending process, a binder is added to this blend so as to manufacture a green sheet. This green sheet is cut into parts of appropriate sizes. Surfaces of the green sheets 4 except uppermost and lowermost layers are coated with prescribed patterns 5-8 of electrode paste. Next the respective green sheets 4... are laminated serially so that end parts of the electrode paste patterns 5-8 are disposed alternately and they are pressed and stuck to each other. This laminated mold is provided with heat treatment in the air or an N2-O2 atmosphere. After this heat treatment, external electrodes 2 and 3 are printed on both right and left ends of the laminated mold and they are connected with internal electrodes 5-8 extended to both the ends.
