Abstract

PURPOSE:To inhibit the positional displacement of an internal electrode for a laminated ceramic capacitor and the generation of delamination by applying temporary pressure by a press by a plate up to the desired number of laminating and laminating ceramic green sheets and pressing a laminated molding by using a mold, the surface of which has irregularities, before the laminated molding is cut to chips in desired size. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic green sheets mainly comprising barium titanate and internal electrode paste mainly comprising palladium are laminated repeatedly in succession while applying temporary pressure of 30kg/cm<2> by a press by a plate, thus acquiring a laminated molding. The laminated molding and a mold 8 are positioned so that the protruding sections of the mold 8 are abutted against sections only of dielectric layers in the laminated molding and the recessed sections of the mold against the sections of internal electrode layers by using the mold 8, and the laminated molding is pressed under conditions of 500kg/cm<2> and three sec. 9 represents the laminated molding and 10 the internal electrodes. The laminated molding obtained in this manner is out to chips, and baked. Accordingly, the peeling of the laminated molding and the delamination of a sintered body element are inhibited, and the positional displacement of the internal electrodes can also be removed.
