DELTAS of the work rolls is set at ¦DELTAS¦>=beta-DELTAW/2 when the difference in the width between the succeeding material and the preceding material is designated as DELTAW and if the width of the succeeding material is smaller than the width of the preceding material (DELTAW<0).
