Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser output which is free from effects of noise without speed of response being reduced, by making the ratio command to be variable which relates to both the momentary output and the time-average output of a laser beam sensor which control the output of a laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION:When a laser output command value 9 is constant, the time- average output of a laser beam sensor 8 completely controls the output of a laser oscillator 1 according to the command of a ratio varying unit 13 so that noise is prevented from affecting the output of the sensor 8 and the laser output is stably controlled. On the other hand, when the command value 9 varies, the unit 13 outputs a predetermined command temporarily and the momentary output of the sensor 8 completely controls the output of the oscillator 1 so that the laser output is controlled without speed of response being reduced.
