Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to fill a foaming agent in a space part with uniform density, by forming a part where the space part filled with the foaming agent is brought into contact with the inner wall of a structural member with a closed cross-section to be a mesh-shape and dividing the part with a bag partition plate wherein the foaming agent is filled. CONSTITUTION:A bag partition plate 2 has a partition part 2a consisting of a film substance acting as a partition plate and a foaming agent pouring hole 4 communicating with the outside of a structural member 1. When a foaming agent 5 having sealing characteristic is poured into the bag, the part brought into contact with the inner wall 1a of the member 1 after foaming is formed in a mesh-shape 6. When e.g. a hard foamable urethane and the like having sealing characteristic is poured into this bag partition plate 2 from the pouring hole 4, it is foamed after a specific time has passed. The bag partition plate 2 is expanded and it is brought into contact with the inner wall 1a of the member 1 under pressure due to the expanding pressure to form a space part 3. When being foamed, the foaming agent 5 in the bag partition plate 2 is spread out of the mesh-shape 6 and this spread foaming agent 5 is self- adhered on the inner wall 1a and acts as a sealing material, and the bag partition plate 2 is thereby tightly fixed at a specific position.
