Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce an influence due to the output load fluctuation of an input off-set voltage by removing a current equal with the output load current of a buffer step with an operational amplifier and forming a base current compensating circuit based on this current. CONSTITUTION:A base current IB1 of an NPN transistor(TR)14 of a buffer step 4 goes to be IB1=(I6+Iout)/hfe(14), in a condition that the I6 is the current quantity of a bias source 6, the Iout is the output load current and the hfe(14) is the (hfe) of the TR 14. When a base current equal with this current is compensated, the influence to the input off-set voltage is erased. On the other hand, a compensating current IB2 generated by a base current compensating circuit 11 is approximated by the equation of IB=(i6+Iout)hfe(15), in a condition that the (hfe)(15) is the (hfe) of an NPN TR(15). In case of hfe(14)=hfe(15), IB1=IB2 is obtained and the influence of the output load current is not received.
