Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry out the execution breaking actions independently of each other and for each program by setting the break point deciding circuits in response to each program and selecting one of these deciding circuits based on a program identifier. CONSTITUTION:A program identifirt and a break point address of a program to be broken are supplied from a keyboard 13. Then said break point address is set at one of break point deciding circuits 17-1-17-n that is corresponding to said identifier. In a program debugging state the program identifier of the program to be debugged is decoded by a decoder 19 and one of those circuits 17-1-17-n that is corresponding to said identifier is selected. Then the coincidence is checked between the break point address set at the selected deciding circuit and an instruction fetch address. When this coincidence is confirmed, a processor 20 performs an execution breaking action.
