Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify transfer function of a controller and easily perform control by controlling the applied voltage of an ohmic heating coil on the basis of a plasma current signal. CONSTITUTION:A plasma current signal SIP output from a signal output circuit 108 of a plasma current detecting system 107 is input in an adder-subtracter 110 of a plasma current controller 109, at the same time a plasma current desired value signal Ipref is input and a deviation signal epsilon is output. The deviation signal epsilon is input in a controller 111, a corresponding voltage control signal SVOH is transmitted to an electric power unit 105 and the voltage VOH applied in an ohmic heating coil 103 is proportionally controlled. Therefore, since the form of the controller is simple, control is easily performed in the case where digital control is performed by a computer.
