The deviation signal epsilon is input in a controller 111, a corresponding voltage control signal SVOH is transmitted to an electric power unit 105 and the voltage VOH applied in an ohmic heating coil 103 is proportionally controlled. Therefore, since the form of the controller is simple, control is easily performed in the case where digital control is performed by a computer.
