Abstract

Thereby, a large amount of hot water is circulated to reduce the hot water temp. by the use of heat radiation during circulation. This opera tion is continued until the hot water temp. becomes lower than the set temp. + the constant temp. beta. By this constitution the follow-up property of the hot water supply temp. can be improved even though the set temp. is sufficiently reduced.
