Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the economical efficiency and productivity by a constitution wherein the process contains a process for forming a cylindrical part, a process for installing the cylindrical part, a first injection process, a second injection process and a mold opening process. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical part 2 of a container is produced by cutting off a seamless pipe containing barrier material or the like. Next, the cylindrical part 2 is installed to a head molder under the state that a bottom force is arranged inside the cylindrical part 2. After that, a first injection layer 9 is formed under the state that a first top force is arranged at the position opposing to the bottom force. While the bottom force is put onto the cylindrical part 2, before the first injection layer 9 cools completely (when the layer has solidified so as not to impede the mold release), a second top force is arranged in place of the first top force in order to form a second injection layer 10. After the solidification of the second injection layer 10, a product is taken out by lifting the second top force or lowering the bottom force. Concretely, the mold for a head 3 consists of the top force, which forms the outer surface side of the head, and the bottom force, which forms its inner surface side. As for the bottom force, it is used commonly in the first injection process and in the second injection process.
