Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a casting mold where a molded product can be released easily from the mold by preventing flowing-in of a molten casting material through an abutting part between a filler metal and the mold by making the upper part of the filler metal vacuous, by a method wherein along with holding of the filler metal by fixing the same temporarily with a seal ring by drawing a vacuum through a through-hole by clamping the mold. CONSTITUTION:An end part of an exposure side of a filler metal is inserted into an O ring 22 fitted into an O ring groove 21b of a hole part 21a of a top force 21 and the filler metal 5 is fixed temporarily to a top force 1 with the O ring 22. Then a space between the top force 21 and filler metal 5 is sealed completely with the O ring 22 and a molten casting material is cast through a casting port 1a for solidification by drawing a vacuum through a through-hole 21c by actuating a vacuum drawing device. Then the vacuum drawing device is removed, a pressurized fluid is fed to a through hole 21c and pressurizes the top of the filler metal 5. Consequently, mold release can be performed easily.
