The noise component is delayed and set as the input of the adaptive type transversal filter 7, and a tap coefficient is controlled by estimating the correlation of the noise adaptively from the error signal of a second subtraction circuit 5, and its output (noise suppression output) is added on a reception signal, then, it is inputted to the identification circuit 3. In such a way, it is possible to suppress the noise having the correlation adaptively without necessitating knowledge with respective to the noise such as the density distribution of amplitude probability, etc., in advance.
