PURPOSE:To easily and stably control a load share in plural electric motors by providing a condition observer, which inputs an actual value of current of the electric motor and an actual value of its speed, calculating the actual difference of tension in a strip-shaped material to be output, in each control system, in the case of winding and rewinding the strip-shaped material. CONSTITUTION:Setting plural electric motors 16a, 16b respectively in a relation of main action and following action, a load share adjuster 38 adjusts a load of the motors in a manner wherein load share ratio of these motors obtains a predetermined value. An output of this load share adjuster 38 is input to a speed control system of the electric motor 16a, serving as the motor of following action, as a correction amount. Here multiplying in multipliers 34a, 34b the difference between tensions of a belt-shaped material 10, obtained in condition observers 30a, 30b, by a constant being based on the load share ratio set by a load share ratio setter 32, a differential output of the multipliers is input to the load share adjuster 38.
