Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a lag concerning the responsibility of speed of the DC motor by a method wherein the circuit device at a part containing a speed regulator, a divider and output limiters is simplified. CONSTITUTION:A current regulator 4 to perform the close loop control of the armature current of the DC motor 1 and the speed regulator 7 forming a target current value for the current regulator 4 according to the control deviation of rotating speed are provided to perform the automatic field enfeebling control in the high speed region. A multiplier 80 to multiply the output voltage of an amplifier 70 by the signal proportional to the magnetic flux of the motor is inserted in the feedback ciacuit of the amplifier constituting the speed regulator 7, and the output limiters 81-84 are provided to the amplifier 70 to limit the current being supplied to the armature circuit from a power converter 2.
