CONSTITUTION:A parallel-serial converter 41 which fetches output data held at a latch part in parallel when a coincidence signal is generated and outputs it as the serial signal is provided in the microcomputer 1, and the actuators 21-24 are controlled by converting the serial signal outputted from the microcomputer 1 to a parallel signal at the outside. Since the signal is outputted to each of the actuator 21-24 from the microcomputer 1 by using the serial signal, it is possible to reduce the number of the output ports in the microcomputer 1, thereby, to realize the miniaturization of the package of the microcomputer 1 and cost down due to the miniaturization, and also, since the wiring of a board in the periphery of the microcomputer 1 can be reduced, the design of the board can be simplified.
