Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize excellent thermal dimensional stability and electrical characteristics and, in addition, improve the adhesion between a laminated material layer and a metal foil by a method wherein a specified laminated material, the specified laminated material, which is produced by impregnating base material with a hardening resin composition consisting of epoxy compound and the like, and a metal foil layer are laminated to one another in the order named and hardened under heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:A laminating material A is obtained by impregnating base material with organic solvent type varnish containing fluoroplastic fine particles having the particle diameter of 20mum or less and thermosetting resin and, after that, drying. As fluoroplastic contained in the organic solvent type varnish, polytetrafluoroethylene and the like are cited. As the thermosetting resin, bismaleimide-triazine resin and the like are cited. The mixing ratio of the thermosetting resin to the fluoroplastic is 10-1,000pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the fluoroplastic. As the base material for the laminated sheet, woven cloth of glass fiber and the like are cited. The resin, with which the base material of the laminated material B is a hardening resin composition, the essential ingredients of which are epoxy compound and hardener for the epoxy compound. The epoxy compound is that represented by a general formula (I). As the metal foil, copper foil, aluminum foil, ferrous alloy foil and the like are cited.
