CONSTITUTION: At the time of operating, a controller 50 detects an air conditioning load in response to a detected pressure of a pressure sensor 40, turns ON contactors 51, 52 in the case of the low load to maintain a switching unit 30 in a non-operating state, further controls an output frequency F of an inverter 20 to inverter drive, a compressor 1.
