CONSTITUTION:A means 6 executes the deviation-calculation on the basis of each number of revolution detected by an actual revolution speed detecting means 1 and an aimed revolution speed detecting means 2. According to results of the deviation calculation, a means 8 calculates a prescribed feedback control quantity, and an air feed valve 9 is controlled so that the actual idle revolution speed coincide with the aimed idle revolution speed. In this case, a means 7 carries out the correction calculation for adding the max. correction control quantity onto the feedback control quantity on the basis of the air condition load, transmission position, and the electric load which are detected by the means 3-5, and the time width for adding the max. correction quantity is set, and the feedback control quantity is increased or reduced by the value corresponding to the load variation quantity generated after the addition.
